Anna Clarke Elite Fitness

Fitness has always been a massive part of my life. From athletics to basketball, i've played a vast amounts of sports in my younger years which I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. Since 2008 I’ve been working as a qualified Personal Trainer in Ascot, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle.

Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I use different methods and training styles to personally guide you to becoming the best version of yourself.

Using a mixture of (HIIT) High and (MISS) Moderate Intensity Training methods to increase cardiovascular endurance and fat burning to improve overall health and cardio output.


Strength Training

Look Good, Feel Good

Resistance Training has so many hidden benefits such as bone health and hormone balance as well as growing muscle mass and decreasing overall  body fat. Whether it's using Bodyweight or weighted resistance you'll increase overall strength while reducing body fat.
